Yeah .... Its a true statement....
Actuallly in this modern world the competition is very very high and as you know that we can have a good personality only if we have a good character........fine ....
although its not a good thing that one make fun if he or she had been unsuccessful in any thing but according to this society sometimes that unsuccessfull work lower down or image in other's eyes..
But.
if we do a great job or become successfull in our work then the people around us follow us only and respect us...!
