The colleges of nowadays have departments of maths, science, history and many other subjects. But, very few have departments that deal with spiritual knowledge and mental health which are very important for the social well-being of a person.Spiritual knowledge should be introduced in the curriculum as it teaches us how to live life in a holistic way without any sorrows and stress.
