Volume is pressure and temperature dependent. If either pressure or temperature or both change then volume is affected.

Let's consider in the 1st case pressure is constant and temperature changes
If temp increases then volume will also increase. Whereas if temperature decreases then volume also decreases.

In second case temperature is constant and pressure changes.
If pressure increases then volume decreases.
And if pressure decreases then volume increases.

Finally if both are variable
If both pressure and temperature rise or fall then there would be no change in the volume
If pressure increases and temperature falls then volume drastically decreases whereas if pressure decreases and temperature increases then volume drastically increases.

Therefore when we are stating volume of a gas (or may be anything) the pressure and temperature should be mentioned.
