NO, SUGAR SOLUTION WILL NOT CONDUCT ELECTRICITY SINCE IT IS A POOR CONDUCTOR OF ELECTRICITY. THIS IS BECAUSE SUGAR SOLUTION IS NEITHER ACIDIC NOR BASIC. Also Pure water and sugar solution do not contain ions in significant numbers.
