When sugar is dissolved in water it dissappears.That means it must have changed into new substance.Therefore dissolving is chemical change.Do u agree?

No dissolving of sugar in water is not a chemical change because the dissolved sugar can be again obtained by the process of distillation .
So it is a physical change .
