when sugar is added into water the volume does not change because the sugar easily gets dissolved in water. As we all know water is the universal solvent.it can dissolve many substances.plzark as brainlest.

as water is a liquid it has considerable intercellular space between it. the sugar molecules get into those intercellular spaces of water molecules and therefore the volume does not increase

samikshas269: Water is a solvent which have intercellular space between its particles . When sugar dissolves in water then the use to cover the space present over there . that's y the volume of water doesn't increased
Natasha729: mm
