when sun rises in arunachal pradesh it is still night in gujrat.why,pl.give three reasons

1. The local time at each degree differs with 4 minutes.
2. Since ,  Gujrat is located westward of Arunachal Pradesh it has the sunrise first.
3. Thus, when prime meridian as a point the meridians are counted eastward gujrat comes first , then arunachal pradesh

1. There is 2 hour difference between the meridians. So there is time lag.
2. Gujarat is in west and Arunachal Pradesh is in east, so , the sun rises in Arunachal Pradesh first and then in Gujarat.
3. The sun rises from the east and moves toward the west. Arunachal Pradesh is to the east of Gujarat.
