The formula of pressure is given by
Force = mg
= 50× 9.8
= 490
1) When he is standing in both shoes
Area of two shoes = 2 × Area of one shoe sole
Pressure when he is standing on both shoes =
= 245 × 10³ Pa
= 2.45 × 10⁵ Pa
2) Pressure when he is standing on one feet =
= 490 × 10³ Pa
= 4.9 × 10⁵ Pa
