When the child went to the fair with his parents then he became fascinated to see various things in the fair like Burfi , a garland of gulmohar e.t.c. Also he wanted these things from his parents but his parents didn't buy anything for him. He knew that his parents would not buy anything for him and would give him pretension so he moved on without waiting for any answer from them.
