When a concave mirror is focused all the divergent beams of light when pass through the mirror becomes convergent and meet together at one point. When all the beams are concentrated on a point huge amount of heat is produced and so the temperature rises to the burning point and when this happens on a piece of paper it starts burning.

Hope it helps !!!
