Sin Q–> 0 thus as the angle between the the motion of the particle and magnetic field decreases force decreases considerably until it becomes 0 when they both r parallel.

Or Incase of magnets magnetic field it is 0 when two or more magnetic lines of forces coincide to give null points. At such places needle of magnetic compass goes crazy and starts to rotate.
