When the digits of a two-digit number are reversed, it becomes 5/6 of itself. Find the number, if its ten's digit is one more than the unit's digit.​

so x =  y + 1

also given: when digits are reversed the number becomes 5/6th of itself

so   10y + x  =  5(10x + y)/6

     60y + 6x = 50x + 5y

             55y = 44x

               5y = 4x

               5y = 4(y+1)

               5y = 4y + 4

                 y = 4

                 x = y + 1

                x  = 4 + 1

                x  = 5

so the number is 10x + y = 54
