Kinetic =1/2 k(A^2-x^2)
Pot =1/2kx^2
So when X=A/2
kinetic =1/2 k(3A^2/4)=3kA^2/8
potential =1/2kA^2/4=kA^2/8
Total Energy=kA^2/2
So Fraction Of Kinetic =3/4
Fraction of Pot =1/4
for half kinetic and half pot
X=A/✓2
