It is an age of cut-throat competition. Students are worried about their uncertain future. Parents want their children to become engineers, doctors, MBAs and earn heavy pay packages. A berth in prestigious colleges is the dream of every student and his parents. High aspiration put students into severe depression At the time of examinations, the depression is so high that the students are unable to cope with it and the consequences are disastrous.

To cope with stress, it is important to work out a time table in order to manage time effectively. All subjects are essential. Hence, a balance should be maintained between all subjects.
