When the Indian Constitution was stipulated all the social groups within the country was not at equal level in economic and population terms.

the constitution assembly consists of all the members from different jobs and different classes show the constituent assembly recognised the demands of the lower class as a major ones towards the country's growth

constitution not provide freedom to each and every citizen of India. you just think that in 100% of 80% is not provide constitution.
