परंतु कुछ बात को ध्यान देने की बात है अभी भी कुछ निचले स्तर पर कार्यो का क्रियान्वयन योजना के अनुरूप नही की जा रही है लोग आज भी त्रस्त है योजना के अनुसार लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए , कृषि की हाल को मजबूत करने के लिए सिंचाई की व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने की आवश्यकता है
