There are two cases.
1st case: The body will be in equilibrium according to 1st condition of equilibrium i.e; net force acting on a body should be zero.
2nd case: The body is not in equilibrium as it can has the tendency to rotate thus, disobeying 2nd condition of equilibrium according to which net torque should be equal to zero
