Answer:

let the numerator be x

let the denominator be y

fraction = x/y

x+4/y+4=2/3

x/y+1=3/5

3x+12=2y+8 equation 1

5x=3y+1 equation 2

from equation 1

3x+12=2y+8

3x=2y+8-12

3x=2y-4

x=(2y-4)/3

let put the value of x in equation 2

5(2y-4) /3=3y+1

10y-20=9y+3

10y-9y=3+20

y=23

put the value of y in equation 1

3x+12=2(23) +8

3x =34+8

x=14

fraction 14/23
