let t he fraction be X/y
then according to question if the numerator is increased by 4 then new fraction X+4/y=X/y+2/3
so,x+4/y-x/y=2/3
X+4-x/y=2/3
4/y=2/3
y=2/3÷4
y=2/12
y=1/6
so, the fraction is 1/6
I hope it will help you bro.
