when the perfection simply don't exist then why do we people say 'practice makes the man perfect'.

So that we can be better than others . We can be so good in whatever subject than other that every other person thinks we are perfect but no one is perfect . Because There are many things in life that you need to practice to be perfect . And so it is up to us , if we want to achieve the so called "perfect " .
