when the pH lie between 0-7 :- it explain about acidic nature of solution.



when the pH is equal to 7 :- it explain about neutrality of solution means solution is neutral or substance is neutral

pH : 
Substances with pH below 7 are acids and above 7 are  bases.
So, when the pH of a substance is 7. Then its neutral like salts and distilled water. 

Less the pH, more the concentration of H+ ions. 
As we know that acidity depends upon concentration of pH. So, substances with low pH are more acidic.
