Let initial pressure (P1) = X atm
... Final pressure (P2) = 2X atm
V1 = 5L
V2 = ?
T1 = 300K
T2= 600K

Using,

P1V1/ T1 = P2V2/T2

X*5/300 = 2X*V2/600
By calculations,

V2= 5L

Ans = 5L

Using The general or Ideal gas equation...
P1/T1 = P2/T2

V2 = 5L
