let 100 of price and take out 20 %is 20 then subtract 100 - 20 =80 the number of fans sold increase 40% now take out 40%so it is 80 ×40/100 =32 now add 80 and 32 it come 112 now subtract total from 100 it will came 12 so answer is effect on sales rupees is 12
