Let the side of the square be x, We know the area of square = Side*Side ,
=> Area of square = x²,
When length is increased by , length will be x + 5,
Area will become (x+5)(x+5) = x² + 10x + 25,
But according to question it is equal to x² + 135 cm²,
=> x² + 10x + 25 = x² +135,
=> 10x + 25 = 135,
=> 10x = 110,
=> x = 11 cm,
Therefore the length of the side of the square = 11 cm ,
