Let the original side be x
so after increasing x+5 is side
area=x² but after increasing area=x²+135
so
(x+5)²=x²+135
x²+10x+25=x²+135
10x=110
x=11cm
so length of square is 11cm
Thank you

Area of square = a^2 ( when side of
square = a)
When size increasea by 5 cm it will be a+5
As per given condition:-
(a+5) (a+5) = a^2+135
a^2+5a+5a+25 = a^2 + 135
10a+25 = 135 { a^2 cancels with a^2}
10 a = 110
a = 110/10
a = 11cm
