when the sun is rising in anurachal there is still night in Gujarat. WHY??

Bcoz the sun's rising from the east and in Arunachal Pradesh it's the eastern most part of the country so sun rises first and Gujarat is located on the western most part and the sun's ray reaches there in some delay as compared to Gujarat.
However the time remains same as the time meridian is same of India.

saipayandey02077: The longitude gap between Arunachal pradesh and Gujarat's about 30° due to this ther is a time lag of about 2 hours between the states since Arunachal Pradesh in the last hence does sun rises earlier compared to in Gujarat become the Indian Standard time is taken from the time of the Standard Meridian of India and hence the watches show the same that in both the States
