when the swallow died the leaden heart of the king broke into two and the mayor of the village dismantled him
the swallow who was the companion of the prince in his kind acts had to go to Egypt to safe himself from the approaching cold But she delayed it and continued to do kind acts to help village to overcome their sorrow there y when the cold approached she could not bear it and eventually died
