When the body is moving with uniform velocity its acceleration will be zero.and when acceleration is zero
average velocity will be equal to instantaneous velocity
Example..when a body is moving with velocity 20m/s throughout its journey..Average velocity is zero and velocity at any instant is also 20m/s
