When there is no change of Position of an Object with respect to time, then it is called b) Rest.

b) Rest

If the position of an object remains constant with time, then it is said to be at rest. No work is needed to keep the object at rest.

a) Force

Force is the push or pull applied to an object to change its state of rest or motion or to increase or decrease its velocity or change its direction of motion.

c) Work

When force is exerted on a body and displacement occurs, then work is said to be done on the body.

d) Motion

An object is said to be in motion if it changes its position with time. Ideally, no work is needed to keep the object in motion if it is in motion as per Newton's law.

But, in real situations, opposing force friction retards the motion.
