advice meansguidance or recommendations offered with regard to prudent action.advise means

If it's a noun, choose advice; if it's a verb, always opt for advise (and remember that, just like any other regular verb ending in -e, advise has the forms advises, advised, and advising). Tip 2: when you pronounce advise, the ending rhymes with wise.
