When to use is/are and when to has/have. Explain with at least 2 example. Please answer.

Is and have is used with third person with singular subject
eg. He is laughing.
He has done the work.
Are is used with 2nd person. and have is used with 2nd and 1st person.
eg. I have taken tea.
They are going.

for example he is / they are going to school .
this indicates in present tense .
for example he has / they have gone to school.
this indicates in past tense.
