when to use 'that' and 'which'...for eg. cinemas and theatres that/which entertain us a lot..

but if you use which
My bike which has a broken seat is being repaired , here in the above sentence, it is like I have a single bike for which the seat had broken but in the example below, and the above example also says he might have more than one bike, but when we use which, it is just a description of the bike which is being repaired, not specifying the number or amount of them.
