When travelling by railways, one has to buy a passenger ticket. Once a ticket is purchased a person can carry some luggage (say x kgs) without paying extra money. If he wants to carry more than x kgs of luggage, he will have to pay an extra amount depending on the weight. Two persons carrying a total luggage of 100 kgs are going from A to B. Their total cost (including passenger ticket and luggage charge) is Rs.50 if they divide their luggage in such a way that total cost should be minimum. If the whole luggage is carried by one person, his total cost is Rs.45, while the travelling cost for the other person will be Rs.15. What is the free luggage limit?
