Length = 260 cm

We need to calculate the balance length

Using relation of emf and length

\dfrac{e_{1}+e_{2}}{e_{1}-e_{2}}=\dfrac{l_{1}}{l_{2}}

Put the value into the formula

\dfrac{1.5+1.1}{1.5-1.1}=\dfrac{260}{l_{2}}

l_{2}=\dfrac{260}{6.5}

l_{2}=40\ cm

Hence, The balance length is 40 cm.
