when two charged bodies are a distance apart they feel electric force F and after they brought closer to each other on contact and put on their original position they feels another force R. what makes this change in nature and magnitudes of force??

1.Whenever two charged bodies come close to each other, they exert a force on one another. By coming close I refer them to being in each other's electric field.

Like charges repel and unlike charges attract each other.

Now to find the strength of the force being exerted, you need to be knowing the magnitude of charges and the distance between them. Then you can apply Coulomb's law.

Nothing new will happen if they touch each other.

Thus this is it. They will exert a force.

2.If the. two bodies carry opposite charges then on being the charges will be neutralized if they equal in magnitude. If these opposite charges are unequal in magnitude then the lesser one will be neutralized and the net difference of charge will be distributedon both the bodies so that the electric potential remains the same for both of them.

If both the charges are same then upon touching the charges will be distributed as follows. (Q+q)/2

I have given two answer which you like you write it ok
