GIVEN :-

  • two forces of magnitude 10N and 5N acts on an object in the same direction.

TO FIND :-

  • The net force

SOLUTION :-

Let , F1 = 10N

F2 = 5n

Note :- In in unbalanced force acting in the same direction the net force is combined by addition.

Net Force = F1 + F2

⇒ F1 + F2

⇒10N + 5N

15 N

Hence the net force is 15 N.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :-

Un - Balanced force is always non zero (0)

Un - Balanced force mainly to change state of rest or motion of an object.
