when two resistencer1 and r2 connected in parallel , the net resistence is 3 ohm . when connected in series , it's value is 6 ohm . calculate the values of r1 and r2​

r¹+r² /r¹r² = 1/R

R= r¹r²/r¹+r²=3 (given)....२put १ in २

r¹+r² = 6 (given)...१

R= r¹r²/6=3

r¹r²= 18

(a+b)²=(a-b)² +4ab

(r¹+r²)² = (r¹-r²)² + 4 r¹r²
