Resistance in parallel is 80ohm

and in series is 20ohm

so resistance in series is R1+R2=20ohm

By using formula R1×R2/R1+R2=80

R1×R2=1600

Here the equivalent resistance is same therefore R1=40 ohm and R2=40 ohm.
