mornin!...
let the two resistance be of aΩ.
we know that when we connect 2 resistance in series i.e.
a+a=80
2a =80
a =80/2=40Ω
therefore value of the two resistance = 40Ω
......
u can also get it by parallel combination as
1/a + 1/a= 1/20
2/a = 1/20
a=40
.....have a nice day!..
thank u☺️
