When two resistors of resistances R, and R, are connected in parallel,the net
resistance is 3 Ohm. When connected in series, its value is 16 Ohm. Calculate the values of R1 and R2.....?¿?¿

Answer:

R + r = 16

R × r / R + r = 3..............~

Given R + r= 16..

R × r / 16 = 3

R × r = 48

R = 16 - r

16r - r^2 = 48

qyadratic equation banegi....

r^2 - 16r + 48 = 0
