You need to know what is in those solutions. A salt of strong acid and base, like sodium chloride, or potassium chloride would not affect the pH of water it is added to. Acids, bases, and salts from a weak acid and/or base would change the pH of water upon aiding them. The pH of a mixture cannot be predicted from the oh of the mixed solutions and it's percentages by volume in the mixture. Percentages by mass would not help either, but it is not what you usually would measure at lab scale.
