because of our body tempreature is warm and our surrounding are cold when we breath out the air coming out's is warm it comes in contact with the cold air tempreature and condence in water droplets which looks like foggy.

The moisture in your breathe gets condensed in the winter mornings .. bt when the breath is exhaled ... We see that it is condensed bcoz the outside temp is very low with respect to our body temperature and thus when u breathe this condensation is visible to us like a fog ...
