When u learn everything 4 exam by superb manner and atlast u feel that you dont learn... how to prevent that feelings ???? Plzz give suggesting

It is because our confidence level.Even though we have learn it..our mind still keeps on telling that the exams would be hard...questions will be confusing,etc etc..Just don't worry..build up your confidence and believe that u can.
