It’s the act of a user completing a goal.
In most of the cases the goal can be a properly completed sale, or transaction, a donation, a subscription, enrolling email id, putting a query, asking a quote and such things.
It’s all about making the user come to the page, and do the thing for which the page is meant for, while vital information about the user gets collected through the page, or revenue for the ecommerce website gets generated by the page.
