Guru Gobind Singh Ji, son of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji born in Patna was born on  December ,22, 1666.

• On 22 December 1666, Guru Gobind Singh was born and lived up to October 7, 1708.  
• He was born as a spiritual master, a fierce warrior, a notable poet, and an influential philosopher.
• When Guru Tegh Bahadur, was decapitated for resolutely refusing to forcibly convert to Islam, at the young age of nine, Guru Gobind Singh was formally appointed as the prominent leader of Sikhs, becoming the tenth Sikh Guru.  
• During his lifetime, his four sons died, two in fierce battles, and two were executed by the Mughal army.
