India is a independent country who got independent on 15 August 1947. Before 15 August 1947, British ruled all over the country. Britishers ruled India 150 Years.

                       

Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and so many countries were part of India before 15 August 1947. But, after 15 August 1947, all countries were separated.

                     

Pakistan got the independence on 14 August 1947. While, India got Independence of 15 August 1947. There is a very great contribution of Indian freedom fighters and leaders to give the independence to India.

                   

Mahatma Gandhi, Swami Vivekanand, Sardar Vallabhai Patel, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, Jawaharlal nehru are the great leaders of India. This leaders have given their whole life in the independence of India.
