when was the constitution completed why it was imposed on 26th January

constitution was completed on26th November1949
it was implemented on26the January because they had decided to celebrate there independence day on this date but it was failed.

constitution was declared on 30 November 1949 but it imposed on 26 Jan 1950 because still there was need of some amendments in that constitution
