It passed on 3rd march 1933.

The provisions were enabling act are:-

1.it gave Hitler all powers to sideline the Parliament and rule by decree.

2.all political parties and trade unions were banned except for Nazi party and its affiliates.

3.the state established complete control over the economy, media,army and judiciary.

4.this act thus enabled establishment of dictatorship in germany
