I was falling ill about 5 weeks ago .

I was on the edge of having a heart attack about five weeks ago when my heart rate dropped from 40 to 33 beats per minute.

I recently started taking statins, but before that, I was experiencing chest pains. Fortunately, I have a good doctor, so I was taken to the emergency room right away.

I was not permitted to sleep that night because it was simply too dangerous. However, once my heart rate returned to normal, I was permitted to sleep, but only with a nurse's supervision. The nurse had to keep an eye on the heart monitor while I slept.

I was released two days afterwards.
