On 23/aug/1939, ribbentrop and molotov signed the Nazi-Soviet Non-Aggressive pact. //the immediate impact is that Germany bypassed British blocked(economically/politically)// ¶>This are extra notes for u r reference //Main points of this pact r both would not attack each other. Just in week after signing ww2 started.// Advantage: 4 Germany- this pact will stop two front war(both sides) and making Soviet not joining in future war against them. 4 Soviet- they need a buffer land to their Eastern boundaries(that it wanted to feel safe from an invasion from the West) .so,Germany offered Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania)
